Getting Started

First Step

Once you’ve worked out your options for care, call us to book your centre tour.  We’ll help you every step of the way! Your Centre Director and Educators will give you an enrolment pack covering everything you need to know about the centre, and you will be asked to provide information about your child's care routine. They will also provide you with a quote for your fees. If you haven’t already checked your eligibility for government subsidies, ensure you talk to Centrelink.

Once you fall in love

Welcome to our family. We would like to know you and your child more. We highly recommend you have a minimum of two playdates, so your child can feel as safe and comfortable as possible, and our educators can learn about your child and support your preparation to make your transition smooth.

What to expect on Day 1

It is very natural to feel a bit anxious about this big change to the family routine. On the first day, feel free to stay until you are comfortable and make sure you have no questions left.

All educators are more than happy to assist the process of dropping off your child and saying goodbye. They may also stay in touch during day one to let you know how things are going. We encourage you to speak to the educators in the room, as well as become familiar with Seesaw (family sharing app), so you can keep updated about your child's learning journey.

Educators will support your children to settle into their environment. Before you know it they’ll have made new friends and be running in without even a wave goodbye!
